Cheer Stunting Progression

Progressions are the way to go.

Flyer Position

Stand with feet together.

Keep weight into the balls of the feet.

Keeping your back straight, neck straight, but start bending down into the hawk position.

Knees bend forward, hips go back.

Hands are lego hands right below the knees.

Base Position

Feet no wider than shoulder width apart.

Stand with your hips over heels.

Back and neck straight.
